The BEA UK Mobile app allows you to manage your bank accounts and to find information about our products and services from the palm of your hand. You do not need to be a BEA customer to use the app but you will need to register online through Cyberbanking to use our Mobile Banking Service.

- View recent transactions
- View/download statements from January 2021 onwards
- View summary of deposit contracts held
- Create or amend deposit contracts
- Transfer funds between your accounts
- Make domestic/overseas payments with newly developed i-Token service*
- View summary of direct debits
- View webmail messages
*If logging in via SMS One-Time Password, payments are restricted to pre-registered payees only.

We do not charge you for using this app or for the Mobile Banking Service. However, your Mobile network provider may charge you for data used when accessing the service. We suggest you ask your network provider if there will be any charges.
